How is Gallerif different from Google Photos or WeTransfer?
Gallerif is built specifically for photographers, featuring end-to-end encrypted, password-protected galleries with white-label branding. Unlike generic services, clients see your brand, not ours.
Can clients download my full-resolution photos?
You have full control over downloads. Configure whether clients can access:
- Original high-resolution files
- Compressed low-resolution versions
- Watermarked copies (optional)
What happens if a client forgets the gallery password?
We can't recover lost passwords due to our client-side encryption. If both you and the client lose the decryption password, the photos cannot be recovered. We recommend securely sharing passwords through separate channels.

I shoot weddings, can I organize galleries by event?
Absolutely! Use our PhotoSessions feature to organize galleries with custom tags like 'Smith Wedding' with sub-galleries for 'Ceremony', 'Reception', etc.
How long do photos stay online?
You decide! Set auto-expiration dates or keep them indefinitely.
Can I customize the gallery to match my brand?

Is there a way to track which photos clients download?
Yes, download activity is logged. You can see who downloaded what and when, making follow-ups easier.

Can I sell prints or digital downloads through Gallerif?
Not yet, but e-commerce integration is on our roadmap. For now, you can manually fulfill orders based on client selections.
